***Out-of-Network: I will gladly supply you with a superbill for reimbursement to submit to your insurance provider should you have OON benefits.

I am happy to answer any questions you may have about insurance, co-pays/benefits or out-of-network options.
 

Rates & Sliding fee

Initial Intake Session: $250
Individual 50-55 min: $200
Individual + other 50-55 min: $275
Individual 75-90 min: $265

***Please note: I currently accept insurance and offer superbills for out-of-network benefits in order to increase accessibility. By using insurance you are agreeing to having a formal diagnosis on your medical record and your treatment plan potentially shared with your insurance provider. Unfortunately this is standard practice and I am limited by these companies in how I can offer care. If you would like to discuss private pay options, please reach out via email.
